We hope many of you are going to be able to join us for our first ever virtual Annual Review and Annual General Meeting of the South East Scotland Regional Scout Council, held using Zoom technology on Tuesday 13th October 2020.
The Regional Leadership Team have been working hard to put together an interesting and engaging Annual Review, which will involve members from across the Region and give you a chance to hear about some of the wide range of experiences the young people and adult volunteers in South East Scotland Region have enjoyed. These include reviews of Longcraig, the Gang Show, the Network, District and Regional Virtual Camps, Braid’s international trip to Les Menuires and more. This will be followed by the Annual General Meeting.
All are welcome to attend and the papers are available online. Joining instructions have been sent out by e-mail to all members on the Regional Mailing list. If you do not have these or are not a member of the Region then please contact the Regional Secretary for joining details.
If you would like to submit a question to the AGM, it would be helpful if you could send this in advance to the Regional Secretary secretary@sesscouts.org.uk before the end of Saturday 10th October 2020.
