Graham Coulson, Deputy Regional Commissioner, writes: “Where to begin but to advise all colleagues that Brian has decided to stand down from the role of ARC Comms to pursue other scouting activities.
Brian has been instrumental in creating, shaping and building the communications strategy for our Region. We now have a vibrant accessible website, a quality and informative newsletter- no mean feat with such a large Region as ours.

Brian has an amazing work ethic and this combined with Brian’s skills has brought the Region to the fore, not only in communications but equally in training and support of other adults. Brian has a very demanding day time job but has still found the time to give to our Region, all be it that emails come at very strange times – usually late in the evening.
Brian, we wish you well wherever your Scouting journey takes you and thank you again for all your endeavours for both the adults and young people of South East Region.

With Brian’s departure we do need one or more people to share Brian’s role and work of keeping the Region’s website and Facebook attractive and up to date, editing the newsletter and sending out the emails that go out to all members in the Region.
