The Annual General Meeting of the South East Scotland Regional Scout Council will be held at the Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh EH21 6UU on Wednesday 10 October starting at 7pm.
You will receive a formal invitation within the next week to the AGM. This will provide access to the agenda, minutes of the previous meeting, Trustee’s Report with a full set of accounts and the Annual Report prepared by the Regional Leadership team.
The formal business will be followed by a fascinating review of scouting events held over the past year. It will include the presentation of awards and contributions from young people across the Region including some of the Explorer Scouts who attended the International Camp at Blair Atholl this summer.
Refreshments will be available after the review.
