2022 see’s the 20th anniversary of the Explorer Scout section. As part of our celebrations, this October the South East Scotland Scouts region will run an Explorers Skycamp Challenge from 7th-9th October 2022 at Barrwood Campsite which is just south of Stirling. Yes, you set up camp in the trees!

Explorers have to create and spend a night in a campsite that is pitched between 50cm and 2.5m above ground level with a minimum of contact between the site and the ground beneath it. The team will be challenged to live, eat and sleep in the SkyZone plus complete a series of additional challenges over the competition weekend.
