Updated youth work guidance took effect from 18th June, removing the upper limit of 30 for both indoor and outdoor Scouting. The updated guidance says that “following a risk assessment, a space-based approach should be taken in line with capacity guidance. Numbers permitted are to be based on the venue, provided physical distancing and other mitigations are in place” It is also important to state that this applies to levels 0,1 and 2 only. In addition, Scout ratios must be applied at all times.
