Dear friends in Scouting,
We, the Boy and Girl Scouts from Ninove, Belgium, would like to invite you all to our international Scouts camp: Jamborette 2020!
What? The current and former leaders of the Boy and Girl Scouts Ninove combine forces to organise an international Scouts camp. For the third time, we set up a camp of this scale, with a huge tent complex, group activities, trips and a lot more! Like you can see on the picture attached to this email, the previous editions were an absolute success, but we have one goal: to make sure the summer of 2020 is the best one yet!
When? Our camp will take place during the summer of 2020. More specifically from July 18th – July 28th.
Why? We did not pick the summer of 2020 randomly. It is the 100th anniversary of our Scouting troop and that calls for a party. We would like to celebrate with Scouts from all over the world!
For whom? We organise a camp for Boy and Girl scouts from the age of 15 and of course, their leaders.
Where? The camp will take place in the city of Ninove, Belgium. During 10 days, we will have 500 something Scouts and give them the time of their life. Also, we will visit some of the most beautiful spots and cities our country has to offer, like Ghent or the capital of Belgium and Europe: Brussels.
Price? We cannot provide specific information about the price yet, because we are still making contacts with partners and planning activities. However, we can already provide you with an estimated price of € 250.

* Our international camp will be a unique, once in a lifetime experience you will carry with you forever. * Also, the leaders will not be forgotten: special activities like midnight games will be provided. * Ninove is easily accessible from every airport in Belgium * Moreover, Belgium is the perfect home base for a round trip in Europe. London, Paris, and Amsterdam are less than 3 hours away from our camp location. Furthermore, ‘Ryanair’ often offers cheap deals so you can fly to the more famous capitals! * Host families will be provided that will give you shelter before and after the camp. Like this, we can look together for the best travel options.
