I’m delighted to announce that Malcolm Cutt has agreed to take up the position as Regional Treasurer, South East Scotland Region. Malcolm is a former Cub, Scout, Venture Scout, ASL and Scout Leader in the Region, and until recently was District Treasurer for Morningside and latterly Braid District. He is a Chartered Accountant and is Director of Operations and Finance at Queen Margaret University in Musselburgh. I’m delighted to have Malcolm join the team and I’m sure everyone will join me in wishing him every success in this role.
