Since the start of the year they have received funding from the Borders Railway allowing the full redecoration of their committee room including a new carpet from Kristofferson’s. Over the Summer they also received a grant from the Big Lottery Fund, which along with donations from the three local councillors and McNicoll Van Hire means they are able to replace 15 windows in their Scout Hall. They’re all are looking forward to this huge improvement which will make the hall a much more attractive, and warmer, place to play and meet!
