Regional Safety Lead
We’re looking for a Regional Safety Lead. This key role will support robust policy compliance, effective incident management and the cultivation of a strong safety culture. Our aim is to enhance our operations and foster a safer, more collaborative environment for everyone.

About the role
In this role you’ll be advising and supporting Trustee Boards, lead volunteers, our campsite and activity centre managers and all leaders on matters of safety. This will include risk assessments and activity planning. You’ll promote and implement The Safe Scouting Policy across the region. Additionally you’ll act as first point of contact for regional safety incidents and queries.
Skills or experience needed
You’ll already be familiar with The Safe Scouting Policy and will have experience of risk management youth activities. Have good organisation skills alongside strong communication and advisory experience.

Support and training will be provided for this role.
Time expectations
4-8 hours per month is the expected time commitment for this role.
