ADULTS IN SCOUTING
Parents, guardians, carers
Parents, guardians, carers
Parents have a key role in supporting Scouting activities and we welcome the interest of all involved. Normally your first source of information will be with your local group or District, but you can also contact the Region, particularly about matters for which we provide specific support. There is a lot of material available in the info section.
Many parents volunteer to help us, either in a uniformed role, as a helper, or on the various executive committees. If you feel you have even a little time to offer, please speak to one of your local contacts, or go to our Join us! page.
For more information about the different roles, see our page for adult volunteers.
