Borders District covers the local authority area of Scottish Borders Council. The Acting District Commissioner is Graham Coulson and Alan Gueldner is Deputy District Commissioner.
Around 1000 young people and 400 volunteers enjoy regular scouting activities through our 14 groups spread across the Scottish Borders.
