Remembering our Patron, HM The Queen

Friday 9 September: South East Scotland Scouts were deeply saddened by the death of Our Patron, HM The Queen. A dedicated supporter of Scouts, Her Majesty has been a peerless role model for our young people.

Scouts across the Region and the whole of the UK join the nation in mourning the loss of our beloved monarch and Patron, HM The Queen. Her outstanding example of service, encouragement and kindness was an inspiration to us all.

We remember HM The Queen as a respected leader, a beloved monarch and Patron. She was truly a friend to Scouts everywhere. For seventy years, she has stood at our side, encouraging our volunteers and inspiring our young people to learn new skills, help others and shine brightly.

Our thoughts are with the Royal Family.
