Young people in East Lothian district, District Lead Volunteer, District teams (like the 14-24 team and Programme team), Regional Youth Lead, District Chairperson, District Trustee Board members, and other local District Youth Leads from across South East Scotland.
Age: 18-24 at the start of the role
Eligibility: You must be eligible to become a Charity Trustee
As Youth Lead for East Lothian, you’ll be an essential part of the District Leadership Team, working alongside the District Lead Volunteer and the Chairperson of the District Trustee Board. Your mission? To make sure young people aged 4–25 are truly at the heart of every decision that shapes their Scouting experience in your district. From planning to reviewing programmes, you’ll empower young people to speak up, share their ideas, and help shape the Scouting adventures they want.
What You’ll Do:
Note: Some of these responsibilities might be shared with others, including your District Youth Team.
